Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional who will become an essential part of the Atölye15 team and who is able to work in İzmir.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process; posting positions, CV screening and conducting competency-based interviews, coordinating interviews with the managers, managing open requisitions and job postings; constantly following the pipeline.

  • Building HR Strategies: Using various tools (ie. Recruitee) and research methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, organizing and attending events to build up strong relationships and networking to reach out to passive candidates; creating an efficient candidate flow for present and future endeavors.

  • Subsidiary HR Functions: Help develop an operative system for the company to not only keep up with current/applicable Government Grants and Initiatives, but also making sure all the necessary steps are taken in order to constantly improve working conditions for the team members; working hand-in-hand with accounting.

  • Branding: Develop a strong understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values and culture in order to effectively partner and provide support and convey the company culture and employee experience to attract the best talent to come and work with us by leveraging partnerships and social media.

  • Onboarding: Help improve an efficient onboarding experience in line with all other HR functions such as Budget, Performance Management, Training and Resourcing.

  • Culture: Build and come up with new initiatives that strengthen our culture by creating programs, tools, and experiences that engage our team and encourage a dynamic, positive, adaptive, and accountable culture at Atölye15.

  • Activities: Offer tailor-made recruiting activities for our recruitment needs, conveying a vital role in making the new hiring experience to be more productive. 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT Recruiting experience in the software industry or startup ecosystem

  • Good knowledge of several sourcing platforms like Linkedin, Github, Stack Overflow etc.

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach

  • Good interpersonal and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to take initiatives and build strong, productive relationships

  • Enthusiasm to learn and achieve targets
