Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment:

Responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process; preparing job posts, screening CVs, conducting competency-based interviews, coordinating with managers throughout the process, and constantly following the pipeline.


  • Building HR Strategies:

Utilize various methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, cold calls, organizing, and attending events to build strong relationships and networks to reach out to passive candidates, and create an efficient candidate flow for current and future needs.


  • Branding:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values, and culture to effectively collaborate, provide support, and embody the company culture. Enhance the employee experience to attract top talent through partnerships and social media.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of IT recruiting experience in the software industry or startup ecosystem
  • Experience in recruiting for web and mobile application development technologies, especially with Node.js and React.js
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites such as LinkedIn, GitHub, or Dribbble
  • Familiarity with ATS tools such as Recruitee, Lever, etc.
  • Effective usage of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and similar other tools is a must
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Passionate about the latest technologies and innovations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good level of proficiency in English
