Growth Manager

Job description

Our team is looking for a Growth Manager who is able to work in İzmir. Join us on a quest to build great web and mobile applications that people actually use and admire.



  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Design creative growth strategies
  • Collect requirement analysis of customer needs and communicate these using presentations, wireframes

Optional Responsibilities

  • Optimize traffic to deliver quality and quantity of leads, including working together with other channels such as organic, affiliate and content marketing
  • Drive continuous A/B testing primarily for emails and landing pages to continuously improve channel performance Extensively use Google Analytics to drive efficiencies in performance
  • Develop and execute SEO and content strategy


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
  • Comfortable with Skype video call experience in English
  • Should be creative about researching markets, identifying key players and generating lead
  • Experience working with designers and developers
  • Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience in managing social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Applications
  • Experience in email marketing is a plus
